IT Director Baltics

Premier Restaurants Baltics is part of Premier Capital plc, the Developmental Licensee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania. The company operates 195+ McDonald’s restaurants across six markets. In the Baltic region, 43 McDonald’s restaurants operate today (Lithuania – 18, Latvia – 14, Estonia – 11), with ongoing yearly growth of 1–2 new restaurants.

On behalf of our Client, we are now searching for a senior IT Leader with a proven delivery mindset for a role of

IT Director across the Baltics.

As a member of the Company management organization, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and execute the IT strategy across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, ensuring alignment with business goals, group standards, and the consistent on-time delivery of strategic & operational initiatives.
• Oversee all key IT processes, including infrastructure, applications, security, support, and vendor management, ensuring stable and uninterrupted restaurant and office operations.
• Drive IT projects end-to-end, from requirements definition and planning through implementation and rollout, applying robust project governance and delivery controls.
• Manage IT budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), resources, and investments, ensuring cost efficiency, transparency, and optimal allocation across the Baltic region.
• Lead, develop, and structure IT teams and external partners, setting clear accountability, performance expectations, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and licensing requirements, aligning local practices with McDonald’s and Premier Capital plc standards.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder communication, identifying risks early, addressing issues promptly, and escalating challenges when required.

We believe You will succeed in the role if You have:

• A degree in IT or a related field, providing a strong foundation to support You in day-to-day operations.
• 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role (IT Director, Head of IT, Senior IT Manager, IT Lead, or senior-level IT Project Manager leading teams), preferably within retail, catering, FMCG, logistics, or service-driven industries.
• Hands-on experience delivering IT projects across the full lifecycle, from functional requirements definition to rollout, within an international environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken, daily working language) and fluency in at least one Baltic language.
